Heather McKeen

Heather McKeen is a seasoned commercial real estate professional at Cushman & Wakefield | Colorado Springs Commercial, where she specializes in the leasing, sales, and strategic advisory services for industrial properties. She began her career at Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 as an Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator, where she honed her skills in market research and data analysis. Heather became a Broker with the firm in 2019, and has built a robust reputation for her expertise in industrial development, site selection, tenant representation, and asset disposition within the Colorado Springs market.
Heather has an extensive track record of advising and representing clients in industrial development projects, including site selection, project strategy, and tenant placement. Her proven success in securing credit tenants for industrial properties, alongside her deep involvement in the disposition of industrial assets in the investment sales market, makes her a trusted advisor to both developers and investors alike. Notable clients Heather has worked with include Amazon, DoorDash Essentials, Campbell’s Soup Company, Utz, Canteen, HD Supply, iHeart Radio, and LMI Landscaping. Developer clients include Westfield Development and Brennan Investment Group.
One of Heather’s most significant accomplishments was leading the $46,000,000, 125,915 square-foot, 10-year lease to Space Command in a transaction in which she represented the landlord, DIS Colorado, LLC. This high-profile deal further underscores her expertise in securing long-term, creditworthy tenants and managing large-scale industrial leases.
In addition to her professional work, Heather is deeply committed to community involvement. She actively participates in the Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers (SCCB), the Junior League of Colorado Springs (JLCS), and the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR).

Aaron specializes in industrial, office and investment products doing Tenant/Buyer and Landlord/Seller representation. He began his career as a warehouse logistics consultant working with local and national hard-goods supply companies, moving to commercial real estate in 2006. Currently with Colorado Springs Commercial, LLC an alliance of Cushman & Wakefield, Aaron is actively involved in his community serving on the board of the Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers Association (SCCB) the premier association for the southern Colorado region.
Aaron has conducted over $170,000,000 in transactions and represented over 3.2 Million square feet in commercial real estate sales and leases.
